Judy Greenwood

Judy Greenwood is dedicated to enhancing the PSA. With 15 years of active union involvement as a delegate, workplace rep, chair of the Departmental Committee, and Delegate to Central Council, Judy has been instrumental in launching the Member Support Centre and reinstating member voting in pay negotiations.

 COMMITTED TO MEMBERS: Passionate about a strong union, Judy is determined to protect members from adverse workplace experiences. She aims to motivate and empower delegates and members to take action and advocate for their interests. 

VISION: Judy envisions robust and innovative industrial action from an effective PSA. delivering the best possible service to members and combating NSW Government cuts. She believes unions have made Australia a great place to live and work, and the PSA has secured excellent working conditions in NSW. Judy is committed to strengthening the PSA to improve conditions, safeguard pay, and shield members from excessive workloads under the guise of "efficiency." She strives for a PSA that is responsive to individual members' needs and quick to defend them when necessary. 

EXPERIENCE: Ethical, effective, and respected in her PSA roles, Judy also serves as a Councillor on the City of Parramatta Council.
